There was only communication when need arose like guests overflows.<\/p>\n<p><strong>PROPOSAL FOR AN ASSOCIATION<\/strong><strong style=\"line-height: 1.5;\">\u00a0<\/strong><\/p>\n<p><strong>Why an Association?<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>An association is an organized group of people who have some common objectives. Without a group of people no association can be formed.<\/p>\n<p>CGHAK found that Christian Guest Houses had everything in common and teaming together would:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Draw strength in numbers as they share in the common interest of offering hospitality services in the Christian Guest Houses.<\/li>\n<li>Bring all Christian guest houses under one umbrella that can pursue common goals and interests.<\/li>\n<li>Market Christian Guest Houses locally and internationally through pulled efforts, resources and bargaining power.<\/li>\n<li>Be a force and a voice to reckon with.<\/li>\n<li>As an association take ownership of Christian Guest Houses interests and fulfill the dreams of the vision bearers of the various institutions represented.<\/li>\n<li>Enhance provision of services with Christian values and the spirit of which the facilities were founded.<\/li>\n<li>Appreciate that they have capacity to attract their niche market from all over the world and still not have enough capacity for this market.<\/li>\n<li>Realize that together we are stronger and complement each other.<\/li>\n<li>Engage easily with one another.<\/li>\n<li>Share challenges in the industry through forums that will enable members come up with solutions to enhance the Christian facilities image. (eg security &amp; Christian values)<\/li>\n<li>Engage with organizations that share in related areas of interests.<\/li>\n<li>Fulfill and see scriptures manifested.\n<ul>\n<li>(Gen 11:6 ) The LORD said, &#8220;If as one people speaking the same language they have begun to do this, then nothing they plan to do will be impossible for them.<\/li>\n<li>Psalm 133.
